The farm house is an excellent starting point for visiting Venice, which is 16 km far, the Brenta Riviera with its magnificent villas and Padua (22 km).

Ancient country court dated back to 1733, built round a mill for rice.
Farm of 44 hectares, cultivated according to natural methods as orchard (apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots and kiwis) and sowed (wheat, mais, soya, potatoes, cabbages, beans and more).
In the old barns we have 5 large rooms, of which two for disabled people, all with two beds (plus sofa bed) with private bathroom, two standard mini-apartments and two deluxe apartments, from 2 to 5 people, with one or two bedrooms each, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen corner. Deluxe apartments are air-conditioned.
Accessible to disabled persons. Temperate swimming pool with whirlpool corner, ping-pong, bowls ground, bicycles, playground, barbecue, tennis ground free of charge 1 km far away. At request baby-sitting.
Lounges with the possibility to organize banquets and meetings. Possibility to accommodate residential weddings, engagements and anniversaries.
Little and medium size pets are welcome.

The Holiday Center Valdor Farmhouse, in the middle of a forest, is sited a few minutes from Venice (at only 40 minutes by boat from Saint Mark's Square!), by the sea where nature is matchless, nestled midst the green and far away from the traffic noise.
The hotel, open year-round, is the ideal starting point for a visit to Venice, the Islands of the lagoon and the Villas along the Brenta. The Holiday Center Valdor also organizes for balls, animation, barbecues, etc... to make your stay more pleasant and more interesting.

Farm Holiday: AGRIMONTALBANO

The farm is located above Agrimontalbano land that has always been called Montalbano. It has a rustic brick, with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9 with breakfast. Providing accommodation for guests who wish to spend a peaceful holiday, surrounded by green fields, far from the noise and chaos. Very well connected with neighboring cities. The farm is attached to the southern lagoon of Venice 6 km from Chioggia, with an area of 38 ha. where cereals are grown, white asparagus, watermelons, melons, vegetables in general.
Two minutes by the state highway 309 to Km 96 we have a large green park with gazebo in reeds, to give hospitality to those who want to stop and taste our local cuisine Veneta, where you can find games for children and a point of sale of fruit and vegetables: all from March to October.
And for leisure: excursion to the island of Pellestrina lagoon (10 km), beach and playground Submarine (10 Km), visits to the lagoon city of Chioggia (6 km) walk in the lagoon WWF oasis of Valle Averto (10 Km), park of the Po Delta (25 Km), visiting the city of Padua (25 Km) and the city of Venice (35 Km).

Farm Holiday: CA’ RUSTICA - IBISCO

Two houses with a very green environment 3 km from the sea.
In the middle of a 80 ht farm, between the rivers Brenta and Adige, there are two charming restored farm-houses (Ca’ Rustica and Ibisco), where people can enjoy a quiet holiday. They can reach Venezia, Padova, Ravenna, the Po Delta, and the Euganean Hills with a short daily trip.
“Ca' Rustica" is a large detached farmhouse which accommodates 4-6 people. Outside is a wisteria-covered terrace with table and chairs for eating "al fresco".
The nearby vineyards, the beaches and the city of Chioggia are the ideal surroundings for a relaxing and restoring holiday.

Ibisco is located in the middle of the farm in a splendid, sunny position, immersed in the greenery of the property (poplar, grapevine). Ibisco is ideal for a peaceful, close to nature, holiday.
Indipendent farmhouse, completely restored maintaining the rural traditions and architecture, composed as follows: spacious living-dining room with kitchen and ancient fireplace, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two beds, exclusive bathrooms, portico, patio, equipped garden.

We can give you all the suggestion you need to discover and enjoy Chioggia, a “Little Venice” where mass-tourism has not yet arrived and where you can enjoy spectacular fish meals and a beautiful sea on the “Sottomarina” beachside.
