The careful choice of the best organic products. The careful preparation of authentic dishes, but where the main protagonist is the refined taste of the extra virgin olive oil produced in the farm.

The position is excellent to pass a relaxing holiday far from the urban chaos, discovering the pleasures of a sane and genuine conutryside life. Very close to "Fattorie Caracciolo" there are a lot of famous artistic places and cities good to visit as Assisi, Orvieto, Viterbo. Rome is just 45 minutes far by car.
