The "Villa Mozart" Residence is a historical villa erected around 1500. In the 17th century, Earl Settimio Becchetti started the planned tillage of the ground and the planting of various sorts of long-lived trees that still give shade. The villa was restructured with greath care in 1985.

Close to Perugia (15 minutes drive) you will find this beautiful farmhouse with a wonderful view over two old castles and the green surrounding countryside.
The La Fonte Agritourism is surrounded by 18 hectares of woods and fields, has 5 apartments for 2 to 6 people, and there is a large swimming pool of 18 meters long, set in a lovely, well irrigated, green lawn.
The property furthermore has a small lake where you can fish and several walking paths for a nice stroll through the countryside.
The property buildings have been restored into very tastefully decorated apartments, comfortable and with each an outside area.
The apartments are in two different buildings. One building is closer to the swimming pool and houses three apartments. The other building has two apartments. Each building has a washing machine and a freezer for communal use. There are barbecue available. All apartments have free internet and satellite TV.

Typical farmhouse situated in the valley overlooked by the most famous medieval towns of Umbria.
Our structure is composed of two apartments and four rooms all with private entrance, private outdoor space, bathroom, heating/air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer and coffee/tea wafer. The apartments have two bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for six people. Outside, in our great park we have a barbecue, a swimming pool with whirlpool, a children's playground and a small exposition of vintage gear.

At five kilometres, you can also find horse-riding where you can receive riding lessons, or leave your horse.

Agriturismo gli Arrighi, situated on a hill within the Niccone Valley, is the ideal vacation spot for any need. Thanks to its strategic location is the perfect starting point for visiting the cities, towns and natural and artistic beauty in Tuscany and Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Arezzo...).
Gli Arrighi is also an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. Accommodation is offered in a lovely detached cottage surrounded by farmland, Ca 'Giulia, and an apartment with separate entrance suitable for disabled people, in the main house, Ca' Carla.
In scenic location close to the owner's house and in common use to all guests there is a swimming pool (12x6 m.).

Farm Holiday: IL MONTE - VILLAGGIO DEL SOLE

Small village with an ancient stone built Farmhouse and restored agricultural dependances.
Agritourism “Il Monte Villaggio del Sole” is situated in the immediate vicinity of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, a picturesque village, which dominates the Upper Valley of the river Tiber at the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
The farm house consists of 7 apartments and 3 cottages, completely restructured and furnished in keeping with the characteristics of rural architecture and decoration. Each accomodation has its own private garden equipped with a table and chairs.
Thanks to its structure (such as stables for horses and place to leave behind one’s bike), its strategic geographic position and its small restaurant, the farm forms the ideal place for rest and (technical) support for all those who pass by our territory on foot, mountain bike or horseback.
In the Agritourism you can find a Equestrian Center, originated out of the love for horses from the owner’s daughter, Francesca. The Equestrian Center is affiliated to Fitetrec-Ante, the Italian federation for tourism on horseback, aligned to CONI.
Our swimming pool (7x14 m) is wonderfully situated so that one can enjoy a splendid panorama while taking a swim.
Mountain bike Via dirt road – having clear indications, yet often not known to tourists – one can go mountain biking in a marvelous landscape.
There are two main types of truffle, a famous Italian delicacy: the white one and the black one.
Around the Agritourism various short and long walks can be done to immerse oneself in the countryside, so as to discover landscapes that are not visible nor accessible by car.
The itineraries are clearly indicated and at maps are available at the farm.
