The apartments are served by an aqueduct which is connected to a well that provides excellent drinking water. They are furnished with typically characteristic furniture and all the bed linen and household equipment is provided.

From Casafumata, Valfabbrica is only 4 kilometres away. Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia are all about 25 kilometres distance. Walking along wooded paths you can reach the Hamlet of Giomici and the river Chiascio basin. -
