The farm is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, in high Maremma, in a quiet hilltop location, a few kilometres from the beaches of the Etruscan Coast, along the "Wine Road of Etruscan Coast"; it is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, woods and Mediterranean bush and has a beautiful view of the sea and islands of tuscan archipelago.

Ideal place for relaxing, and at the same time, to enjoy the nearby sandy beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, San Vincenzo, and trekking footpaths in coastal pine-woods and neighbouring Magona Maquis.

Its location also allows you to visit the most famous art cities of Tuscany such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, the etruscan Populonia and the necropolis of Baratti, the medieval towns of Casale Marittimo, Bibbona, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri and the geysers of Larderello.
