Farm Holiday CAMPO DI CARLO

Campo di Carlo is situated in Tuscany, in the province of Livorno, approximately 5 km from Sassetta and 16 km from the sea of the Etruscan Coast.

We have completely restored the antique stone farmhouse, with 8 bedrooms, each one with private bathroom. In the morning, we prepare a rich breakfast buffet, composed of bread, toast, cereals, eggs, butter, jam, ham and salami, cheese, coffee, fresh fruits, fruit juices etc. At the guest's disposal is the completely equipped kitchen, where each room has reserved a locker for food. Outside, next to the house, a barbecue and a stone oven are also both at the guest's complete disposal. Around the buildings, the huge well-kept park and the nice swimming pool are the ideal to enjoy the silence of this place. Further underneath the house there are: table tennis, a small children's playground (swing, slide etc.) and a boccia course. At the guest's disposal there are also bikes, which allow to discover the surroundings. The farmhouse is located in the midst of the green Maremma countryside, with routes that are ideal for jogging or trekking. In 5 minutes by car it is possible to reach the medieval village Sassetta with grocer's and other shops for the most important daily needs, post office, pharmacy and bank. The beautiful long sand beaches of the Etruscan Coast can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car. Campo di Carlo is the ideal starting point to reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa and the Elba Island.
