Podere Monte Sixeri is a farm residence between the countryside and the coastline of Alghero, Sardinia, Italy: 60 hectares of crops, pastures, fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful landscapes, surrounded by a beautiful valley in which buildings and environment are intertwined In a harmonious natural scenery.
A charming and fascinating place, just a few miles from the airport, beaches and city center where you can enjoy the slow pace of a holiday and the delicious dishes prepared with genuine products of the farm with all the family, enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own home.
The structure offers holiday houses (apartments, villas and a private villa) organized in three different residential complexes (The Residence, the Borgo, and Villa Ulivo), swimming pools, playgrounds, picnic areas, barbecue areas, walking tracks, animal farm and free parking.
Opening period of the residence from April to October, Christmas, Easter, on request, or for groups of minimum 20 people.
Along the valley, the restaurant-pizzeria Le Pinnette - with a bright and spacious room, including a veranda - offers a welcoming environment to indulge in the pleasure of an authentic cuisine.
A quality traditional cuisine - food based on self-produce - a selection within a rich and varied menu, able to adapt to the seasons, week after week. An ideal location for weddings and receptions for up to 300 people. Open all year. -

Green Line is settled between the wonderful Monti Lepini’s landscape and the Roman coast, it is near the famous Ninfa Garden and only 40 minutes far from Rome. Guests can choose to spend their holidays on mountain or on the beach.
The estate is 90 hectares large and it has 20 furnished apartments with living room and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony.
Green Line offers lots of opportunity to enjoy sports: in the estate there is a sporting club with a tennis and a basketball courts, a soccer field, 2 swimming pools and a gymnasium.
The farm has also a restaurant, created in an ancient farmstead completely restored. Guests can taste traditional Italian cuisine whose recipes have been passed on through generations. Near the restaurant there are a park and a swimming pool, which create a very fascinating and cosy location, often used for feasts and ceremonies.
Green Line is also renowned for being one of the most important Italian centers of breeding thoroughbred horse racing. It is the only training center in Italy to have had winners in all the Italian charts: more than 5000 meters of cross-training, start boxes for training early, automatic watering, carousel horses.
Near the farm there are many places to admire: beaches, Ponza Island, historical and archaeological routes, outlets. -

The "Villa Mozart" Residence is a historical villa erected around 1500. In the 17th century, Earl Settimio Becchetti started the planned tillage of the ground and the planting of various sorts of long-lived trees that still give shade. The villa was restructured with greath care in 1985.

You can reach Club Le Cannelle by an unpaved road coming from Talamone. On the way to our agriturismo you meet a luxuriant and varied vegetation: from olive grove to wide hay fields and the forrest of the Uccellina Mountains.
The cooking is authentic and genuine which lead to traditional flavours...
Club Le Cannelle provides you with the possibility to spend your holiday in our Torre, an impressive watchtower. It is the only one in the park that can be rented.
A cylindrical and three-story building, made of stone, completely restored and furnished.
Other accommodations: an apartment, chalets (2 – 6 persons), rooms. Every residence is furnished in an original fashion to be in harmony with the environment. -

LA CAPRAIA is a medieval village, perched on terraces in the Pratomagno hills at 600 mt. above sea level, overlooking the valley of the Arno River.
The main buildings of the village with its little squares have been sensitively restored, retaining both the original characteristics of the old houses and the warm atmosphere of refined country residences.
The farm LA CAPRAIA surrounds, protects and enhances the village with its olive groves and the evocative, Mediterranean scrub which is to be found along the many exciting walks through the countryside.
The restaurant offers a wide choice of wine and the chance to taste typical local dishes of a high standard in a place full of character and local charm.

The village is superbly situated in the centre of an area of Tuscany of great artistic and historic importance. Florence is only 35 km away, the great city of Siena are 80 km and Arezzo are 32 Km, and just 25 km from the unspoiled delights of the Chianti hills. -

The Colle Tocci agritourism establishment is situated on top of a hill in the heart of the Aniene River valley right at the border of the Monti Simbruini Regional Nature Park, an area with a rich past of ancient historical and religious events.
Very near to the Benedictine monasteries of Santa Scolastica and San Benedetto, which are enriched with art and situated in an extraordinarily beautiful natural setting, the Colle Tocci agritourism establishment is also located just a few kilometres from the centre of Subiaco, which has famous medieval monuments such as the Rocca Abbaziale (Abbot’s Castle), the Bridge and the Convent of St. Francis, borgo della Valle (the Valley village) and many others.
Chestnut forests surround the agritourism establishment and century-old olive trees, which produce exceptionally high quality, flavourful and very light olive oil, cover the lands. It also raises fruits and vegetables to be served to guests.
The villa, which is from the eighteen hundreds, was recently renovated maintaining the original structure and atmosphere. The interior furnishings also have the same sought after, passionate appeal. There are five double rooms available that all have their own private bath and they are all decorated individually with furnishings that are reminiscent of grandma’s antiques.
The cuisine is all based on natural genuine products and traditional dishes from the Aniene Valley as well as regional specialties. This is an ideal location for those who appreciate traditional-style cooking and old-fashioned recipes that have (almost) ceased to exist!
There are stables located one kilometre from the establishment that offer beautiful trails for horseback riding. For canoeing enthusiasts, the Canoanium Club in Subiaco organizes lessons and competitions for all ages on the Aniene River. Just 15 km away, the Monte Livata and Campo dell’Osso ski runs are found in the enchanting beech tree forest in the Simbruini Mountains. -

A country scenario only a few km from the city of Milan. La Camilla is an oasis of peace and calm to spend an unforgettable day in a unique and lovely setting.
The 27 charming rooms different in typology, are furnished with particular details and provided with all comforts and technology.
The farmahouse offers typical Italian and Lombard cuisine using only fresh and genuine ingredients,it also cultivates vegetables, fruits and forest fruits and produces beef meat. All products are used in our restaurant.
One of the activities of the farm is the breeding of horses: stallions and broodmares "Italian Saddle".The farm is also private horse boarding and riding school.
The equestrian centre "Sportiva Equestre La Camilla" has modern equipment and exclusive stables, the disciplines taught are dressage, showjumping, full competition and vaulting both for recreation and for competition.
